Throughout the year, the Center for Integral Health offers Health & Wellness Programs for both individuals and groups at Casa Sagrada Guesthouse and Retreat Center. We can provide you with a customized wellness program that integrates culture, cuisine, traditional healing arts and adventure in the mountains outside of Oaxaca, Mexico.
