Ceremonial Temazcal

This ancient pre-hispanic ritual which offers us a inner communion with the natural world. On our journey to the womb of the Mother Earth, we enter the sacred space of adobe and steaming stones and are reunited with our ancestors and with the elements. It is here that each of us encounters our natural purified state with the intensified heat of our own body and spirit. The magic of this timeless ceremony is awakened with traditional chants and medicinal herbs which cleanse obstructions and allows us to find our Nahual or spiritual totem who guides our daily path in equilibrium.

Pasos Mágicos: Pre-Hispanic Energy Practices

The Pasos Mágicos were developed by shamans & healers of pre-Hispanic Mexico and were passed down to us via Don Juan and Carlos Castañeda. Through this ancient system we learn to increase vital energy, develop internal focus & deepen our conscious awareness.
