We are a group of professional health care associates and traditional healers located in the central historic district of Oaxaca, Mexico. Our staff offers the Traditional Healing Arts of Mexico including the Ceremonial Temazcal, (indigenous herbal steam bath), Limpias or Spirit Cleansings, and Shamanic Therapies & Guidance in a personalized, retreat-like atmosphere. We also provide wellness services in the Traditional Asian Arts such as acupuncture, herbal medicine and massage therapies, as well as private classes in Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga.

At the Center for Integral Health in Oaxaca, our bilingual staff will provide you with traditional healing sessions, therapeutic treatments & educational classes designed to help you reach your individual potential, enhance your health & enrich your daily life. Throughout the year, we offer Health & Wellness Programs for both individuals and groups at
Casa Sagrada Guesthouse and Retreat Center, located just 15 miles outside of Oaxaca in the village of Teotitlan de Valle.
